OGSA-DAI Support

Support for the OGSA-DAI software is provided on a best effort basis by the project team.

The preferred method of submission of queries is via the OGSA-DAI users mailing list. We recommend that you submit as much relevant information as possible, which will help the team to answer your query accurately.

If you have a request for information, advice or guidance that you do not want to be publicly exposed on the users mailing list then please e-mail info@ogsadai.org.uk. E-mails here only go to the OGSA-DAI team.

We aim to respond to queries within 2 working days.

Please provide as much information as possible, including Java version, operating system and OGSA-DAI version and, if possible, error messages and exceptions. Simple messages of form I used OGSA-DAI and am stuck! aren't that helpful to either you or us!
