Welcome to the OGSA-DQP user guide. OGSA-DQP is an OGSA-DAI component which enables distributed queries over data resources exposed by OGSA-DAI servers. OGSA-DQP was designed and developed at the University of Manchester and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne as part of the OGSA-DAI project and the MyGrid project.
This release, which is OGSA-DAI 3.0-compliant was developed by the OGSA-DAI team at the University of Edinburgh in conjunction with the NextGrid project.
This section provides links background information that will be useful prior to installing and using OGSA-DQP. If you are new to OGSA-DQP, it is recommended that you read these sections.
OGSA-DQP is supplied as a source distribution which must be compiled before it can be used. In the following we take you through the process of both building OGSA-DQP and deploying it.
