Andrew Borley,
    Can I get it from somewhere? Does it come from deploying under tomcat or a static file?
I searched through "ogsadai-bin-r2.5-RC7" and "ogsadai-src-r2.5-RC7" but got nothing of it.
Now, is there any way to continue my installation and configuration?

Any help or hints will be greatly appreciatted :-)
