Greetings,

We are pleased to announce the formal support of the OGSA-DAI software by
the UK Grid Support Centre.
Please see http://www.ogsadai.org.uk/support/ for full details.

The support contact should be the place for any queries and problems about
the OGSA-DAI software, rather than this list, which will continue to
operate as an informal discussion list.

To submit any queries or problems please see the support website where you
will find two forms. One is for the submission of general queries, the
other is for the submission of more specific problems that may be
encountered during the installation, configuration or use of the OGSA-DAI
software. You may also send general queries by email to
support@ogsadai.org.uk. The use of the support service rather than this
list will ensure that queries are recorded and attended to as speedily as
possible.
