Hi Fabricio,
            Could you possibly join the users mailing list?
The gridserve account is only really for problems regarding
the ogsadai web site. We are in the process of setting up a
more formalised support framework for OGSA-DAI but for the
time being users@ogsadai.org.uk is serving that purpose.
To post to this group though you have to join the mailing
list. To do this:

1. email majordomo@ogsadai.org.uk with the message:
        subscribe users

2. you will get an email back asking to confirm joining the
   users list. Please make sure it goes back to:

        marjordomo@ogsadai.org.uk

   and NOT

        majordomo@nesc.ac.uk

   The Reply-To field is not being set correctly.

Once you have done this you will be able to post queries to
the user list. Soon we will have a dedicated support email
address.

I am cc'ing this to the user list. Hope this is ok,
