Hi Arijit,

Try adding the following to your CATALINA_OPTS environment variable:
-DproxyHost=<proxy_server_address> -DproxyPort=<proxy_server_port>

These are standard JVM commands for using a proxy for all network traffic.
Also, make sure you don't lose the -Dogsadai.properties.file part,
otherwise ogsadai will stop working!

Cheers

Andrew

Hi

If I wish to access any remote database using a GDS, and I am behind a
proxy, do I need to any configuration changes? I am always getting a
"connection timed out exception". Do I need to change anything inside
the TOMCAT?

I am using Tomcat 4.18, Win2K, Java 1.4.1.

Regards
Arijit
